Biografia

Forming from the remains of past acts, IEXPLODELIKE begun with the aspirations of creating a refreshing experimental sound to display their passions to as broad of an audience as possible.

Early 2009 saw IEXPLODELIKE’s first international support opening for 3Oh!3(U.S.A) as well as the 6 pieces first ever Australian east coast tour, entitled the ‘mini tour’ which saw 2 sell out shows.

In November 2009, the enthusiastic band engaged in their second tour of the year, the ‘Piece of Piss’ tour. This 3 show spread saw the band head up to the ACT and NSW to play two amazingly full house events.

IEXPLODELIKE’s energetic onstage performance is what separates the band from other acts around Australia. The merging of ambient sing-a-long’s, gut-busting breakdowns and groovy dance hooks forces all audience members to join in with the party being held on stage.

2010 is shaping up for a big one with the band already being invited to take part in the prestigious Pushover presented by The Push which has previously held world recognised artists such as; Parkway Drive, Airbourne, Dukes of Windsor, Silverchair, Something for Kate, The Getaway Plan, Grinspoon & many more.

With a debut release planned for mid 2010, the future only looks promising for this young and dedicated band.

The Band:

Jesse King - Vocals
Brock Chamings - Synth/Programs
Travis Johnson - Guitar
