Hope Sandoval (nasceu em 24 de junho de 1966) é uma cantora norte-americana, que foi vocalista da banda Mazzy Star e mais tarde dos Hope Sandoval & the Warm Inventions. Sandoval começou sua carreira em 1986 com sua amiga Sylvia Gomez num duo de folk chamado Going Home.
No final dos anos 1980s juntou-se à banda Opal com David Roback. Os dois começaram a compôr juntos e alteraram o nome da banda para Mazzy Star. No início de 1992 a banda teve, com o single “Fade Into You” (do álbum So Tonight That I Might See), um enorme sucesso.

Mais tarde formou uma nova banda com Colm O’Ciosoig dos My Bloody Valentine chamada Hope Sandoval & the Warm Inventions.

Ela também contribuiu em várias músicas com outros artistas como: The Jesus and Mary Chain, Chemical Brothers, Death In Vegas e Bert Jansch, Twilight Singers, Vetiver e Massive Attack.

i believe all the shows she's ever performed has been "lights off, no photography". once you get there, you realize you don't need it either. i'm still reeling from witnessing her last night (finally!). front row, right in front of Hope the entire time--merely two feet away. purely incredible. i don't have the words.
