Simply love this band. Watched them in 2006 (i think) on sendim folk festival and i didnt knew them, but seeing them live as made me an instant fan. I really hope to see them soon.

I saw them at the "Festival Mediaval" in Selb, Germany, and it was such a great concert, despite the few listeners in relation to the other concerts there. But doesn't matter, the atmosphere of these few people was just great. And i was so happy to see a concert of them after waiting for years and years. =) Just awesome...

I doubt many people in the west know of this band... so perhaps in scandinavia hedningarna was way more popular than finntroll but not outside... I don't even remember how the hell I came across this band. I know it wasn't Finntroll tho... awesome tho

I'm not sure if the band really gained much wider audience because of Vargtimmen was covered by Finntroll. At that time Hedningarna was more popular than Finntroll, although nowadays (especially outside Nordic Countries) it might be the other way around.
