Guster é uma banda alternativa formada em 1991 por Adam Gardner, Ryan Miller e Brian Rosenworcel, enquanto cursavam a mesma universidade.

Mesmo depois do lançamento de seus dois primeiros álbuns, Parachute e Goldfly, a banda ainda era ouvida apenas no cenário “underground”, mas se popularizou após o lançamento do disco Lost and Gone Forever.

Atualmente, as músicas da banda têm sido incluidas em trilhas de filmes como Paranóia, Penetras Bons de Bico, Tempo de Recomeçar e em seriados como The OC. Uma música do grupo também se tornou slogan do The Weather Channel.

They are one of my all time favorites. if i am ever feeling kind of down i can always find a guster song that will make me smile. it might just be the memories attached to that song.. haha. but they are just great!

I love GUotS alot...although lost & gone forever was actually the album that got me into them,I think it was a good move to introduce a new sound..with this album they proved that they are a band of diversity that actually works ..
