Luego empezaron otros ingleses copados, The Ting Tings.

  • Yea yeah!

    Nov 5 2009, 10h51 por XIn_BloomX

Hej! Szukam ciekawych i mało znany zespołów muzycznych! Janasz takie? Jeśli tak to napisz :) ^^

a teraz mała wzmianka o koncertach!

Chyba jednym z najważniejszych muzycznych wydarzeń tego roku będzie przyjazd do Polski, króla mroku, Marilyn Manson Już 17 listopada możemy spotkać gwiazdę w warszawskim Klubie Stodoła!

Kolejnym najbliższym wydarzeniem będzie przyjazd do Polski amerykańskiej formacji Gossip z charakterystyczną wokalistką Beth Ditto. Koncert odbędzie się 21 listopada w warszawskim klubie Palladium. Polska publiczność entuzjastycznie przyjęła The Gossip już podczas festiwalu Open'er. Zespół będzie promować swój najnowszy album, wyprodukowany przez Ricka Rubina - "Music For Men".

Gogol Bordello to cygańsko-punkowa grupa z Nowego Jorku.

  • Wait, People Released Records in 2009?!

    Nov 5 2009, 6h48 por theoncegreat

Ah, another time to blindly assume that people whom I don't know even remotely give a shit about the records I've been enjoy thus far this year.

    The Good:
    1. Converge 'Axe to Fall'

Past the obligatory "their best since 'Jane Doe'" comment, you can apply whichever brand of generic messianic praise as heard from every magazine, website, and lips of "jaded" ex-hardcore-kid-gone-hipster.

    2 .Dear Landlord 'Dream Home'

It's rare that I wish my eyesight was bad enough to require me to don a loose, gray t-shirt found in a thrift store dollar bin, ride my baby blue spray painted fixed gear bike down to Lens Crafters to pick up my thick, black rimmed glasses, all in order to make sure the fresh Ramones tribute with lyrics of Pet Semetary tattoo looks as badass as I imagined.
    3. Hail 'Folklife'

This is the sort of epic, almost religious black metal record that reminds you exactly why you get so damn irritated at the sight of a Wolves in the Throne Room t-shirt.

    4. Weekend Nachos 'Unforgivable'

You know those holes you used to leave in the drywall of your buddy's studio apartment after a night of cheap beer and Slap-a-Ham 7"s? They're about to get bigger and more frequent.
    5. Diamatregon 'Crossroad'

I was never curious to what 'Blasphemy for Satan' would have sounded like if released on Dischord cira 1992...I should have been.

    6. HAT 'The Demise Of Mankind'
    7. The Wild 'The Wild'
    8. The Catalyst 'Swallow your Teeth'
    9. Skagos 'Ást'
    10. Battletorn 'Reflect the Filth'
    11. Asobi Seksu 'Hush'
    12. Peste Noire'Ballade Cuntre lo Anemi Francor'
    13. Stabat Mater 'Stabat Mater'
    14. Fell Voices 'Untitled'
    15. The Mountain Goats 'The Life of the World to Come'
    16. Ad Hominem 'Dicatator - A Monument of Glory'
    17. Grave Miasma 'Exalted Emanation'
    18. Matt & Kim 'Grand'
    19. Marissa Nadler 'Little Hells'

    24. Altar of Plagues 'White Tomb'
    25. Brutal Truth 'Evolution Through Revolution'

    31. Morrissey 'Years of Rufusal'
    32. Yoga 'Megafauna'
    33. Hummingbird of death 'Show Us the Meaning of Haste'
    34. Shrinebuilder 'Shrinebuilder'
    35. Teitanblood 'Seven Chalices'

    The Bad:
    1. Brokencyde 'I'm Not a Fan, But the Kids Like It!'
When I was seventeen years old, I had to see my father laying dead on the cold, concrete basement floor of my parent's house due to an early morning heart attack. A handful of years the gravity of that image means little to nothing in the shadow of something as disgusting and utterly upsetting as this record. Quite simply the worst album ever.
    2. Emmure 'Felony'
The "br00tal" breakdowns and vocals serve as fantastic thought fodder for when you're trying not to get an erection in the locker room after football practice...you jock asshole.
    3. Mastodon 'Crack the Skye'
What was once the future of heavy metal is now the past of mediocre alternarock.

    The Split:
    Worship Black Twilight
    Ashdautas / Volahn / Arizmenda / Kallathon / axeman / Unknown

    The Shows:
    1. The Jesus Lizard / All the Saints (Atlanta, GA)
    2. The Mountain Goats / John Vanderslice (Durham, NC)
    3. Amebix / Poison Idea(Portland, OR)
    4. Joe Jack Talcum (Chicago, IL)

    8. Leech / Hail / Fauna (Olympia, WA)
