But then again, people don't share taste. Musical differences, some people might like the uber pop sound of Lemon Tree, while others enjoy the songs that are harder, and some people like the heavily beatles inspired songs. I personally like the softer ballads along with the harder songs, but there isn't one FG song I can turn on and not sing along with and love. I don't grow tired of music, if the music is good^^

If you get bored of a song, the song isn't good enough :P Seriously xD I never get bored of music. If a song bores me, it has failed. It's just not that great a song.. Anyway, show multiple fool's garden songs to several people who have not heard any, I assume they won't choose Lemon Tree. And most people have heard Lemon Tree anyway. I mention Fool's Garden, "what?" "Lemon Tree." "ohh!!! That's a cool song!". That's pretty much how the story goes.. And those "statistics", I guess they're based on Last FM, but the thing is that most of the FG listeners on Last FM, have only heard Lemon Tree and perhaps a few other songs :P

If you should judge Lemon Tree among their other songs, you should show it to someone who had not heard any of their songs, and the persons answer for a best song would be Lemon Tree. ;-) People always get tired of hearing the same song, and that's why people like you and I don't think it's the best anymore, but statestics don't lie..

Brianwillum, I've shown Fool's Garden to most of my friends. They had all heard Lemon Tree. When I showed them a whole bunch of other songs, they agreed that Lemon Tree is like still a good song, but all their other songs totally kicks its ass!

I'm sorry to be the snuffer for all you fans out there. Of course this band has something else to offer than only "Lemon Tree" and of course people have to listen to these other songs before judging the band or say that "Lemon Tree" is the best song ever. BUT there is a reason why "Lemon Tree is so much more popular than the other songs, and the reason is not only that people only know that single song. You have to face it! Lemon Tree is their best song and this is said from a person who have listened a lot to their other songs. Sorry. ;-)
