1. Good Charlotte
Yes, the fact that both twins are boyfriends of the most hated couple ever (Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton) doesn't help. Neither their crappy music.

2. Luis Alberto Spinetta
A lot of my friends love him. Some of my friends respect him. My hate for him is deep. Personally, I think the only good thing that has ever come from his is his son, dante. How, in the face of this Earth, is someone capable of compare him with good artists? Even better, with any artist? He's just a pretender of a pathetic throne.

3. Charly García
"I'm a junkie who thinks I'm God, the inventor of rock and roll, and that's why I can throw whisky glasses to good artists" Excuse me, but Pete Doherty does it better. And, if you want to throw Little Richard out of his throne, you can do something better than write shitty songs made for the silliest fucking ever. These are the moments when I wonder why did he fall in the pool. Oh yeah, because if he was dead, people would be worshipping him.

4. Fito Páez
A bad songwriter, a bad pianist, a guy who got stuck in 1995, a worst film director... is just a part of my memorial against that so-called artist.

5. Juanes
Decades ago, a wonderful and amazing artist named octavio mesa made a genre called guasca. Years ago, a guy who thinks he's the Latin American Bono makes shitty guasca and people around the world enjoys it. Nice. Pause, NOT!

6. Shakira
Some people wonder why Shakira is so low in this list. Let's start: Stealing songs from other artists, being the girlfriend of a crook, her goat-like voice... I remember once, in Aesthetics class, when my teacher said "Shakira is the perfect example of Romanticism, because all her music and her talent is focused on her ass." And I feel sorry for Romantic artists because they're compared with her.

7. Rhapsody and 90% of metal bands
No, being like Michael Schumacher or Jeff Gordon in a musical instrument doesn't make you talented. And trying to make people happy listening fake wanna-be Lord of the Rings lyrics doesn't help either.

8. Backstreet Boys
Or "what happens if you make people sing to be a crook with a pyramid scheme". At least the manager was smart, he had *NSYNC and Justin Timberlake. And, at least, Timberlake is very talented. Unlike these five guys. However, I'll be always thankful with Nick Carter. Why? Because he hit Paris Hilton.

9. Pete Doherty
The first time I saw him, he was drunk, completely stoned, trying to sing with Elton John. Then, I tried to listen his music. And no, he's not talented at all. But he's a good joke for tabloids. And that's all he can do with his life. Being stoned, being stoned, being wasted, and feed all the journalists of The Sun, The Daily Mirror and News of the World.

10. Fergie
Before Stacey Ferguson came to Black Eyed Peas, will.i.am, APL and Taboo were an awesome hip hop trio. Then, the focus of the band went to Fergie's humps. And the band fell down. Just like her "lovely lady lumps". Another Photoshop miracle ladies and gentleman!

Fito Paez

Un día, después de mucho tiempo de haberle escuchado por última vez pregunté ¿Porqué carajos me gustas, Fito?. Y decidida y valerosa fui al estante de mis discos, escogí el Circo Beat, lo coloqué en el reproductor.. y escuché, y escuché. Al cabo de una media hora terminé con lágrimas de alegría descorazonada en los ojos y cantando a todo lo que da “Si Disney despertase”. ¡Puta madre, éste disco me recordó porqué te amo! –le dije, en representación de todos mis espíritus-.

Y es que no hay de otra conmigo. Tengo lapsos extremos donde lo escucho mucho, o lo escucho nada. Como decía un amigo por ahí “uno siempre regresa con el Flaco”. Y sí, pese a que un lado inquietante y demandante está más que escéptica con él .. otra parte lo ama locamente, desesperadamente. Con Fito soy pura pasión y me vale madres que me escuchen cantando soy un hippieeeeee, normal 1, Giros, Polaroid de Locura Ordinaria, Tercer Mundo, cadáver exquisito, Ojos Rojos, o cualesquiera de las tantas rolas que impregnan mi imaginario musical Fitero. Pero también puedo decir cuan aburridas e insulsas me parecen ciertas intervenciones suyas al extremo. En fín.

Es el único del cuál tengo casi todos sus discos originales, desde el 63 hasta El mundo me cabe en una canción. En algún tiempo sus discos, Junto con los de Spinetta estuvieron aparte del resto de mis discos, bien loca. Mi primer encuentro en formato original fue Tercer mundo el cual hallé por alguna gloria espiritual en Rocketerías, Plaza fiesta, una tarde después de la Facultad. Posteriormente Abre y mucho después de haber desgastado mis mp3 piratas -¡oh gracias Mixup! – conseguí todos los demás, exceptuando ciertos que alguna linda chica Meridana y Fitera me trajo desde Buenos Aires. Era tan emocionante, tan excitante redescubrir el mundo con Fito. Tenía 18 cuando lo conocí y sinceramente sentí que antes de él había estado perdida en una nube de identidad difusa y moribunda. Que con Páez había hallado mi lugar. ¿De qué? No sé … pero fue. Si, mi gran encuentro.

Después conocí a todos los demás y mi pasión por cierta música argentina me hizo más densamente loca con el mar de sonidos y contextos que TENÍA que descubrir. Pero pasaron lapsos, momentos, nuevos encuentros, nuevas gentes, nuevas letras y el viejo Páez al que le hice una especie de Collage en mi habitación y que me hizo burla de quien lo viese asentado en una pared de mi cuarto se fue quedando como una especie de recuerdo subyacente. Estaba ..Siempre… pero inerte, como una constante sin nombre que pese a todo te revolotea el corazón de vez en cuando ante atmósferas similares. De cualquier manera, a veces sin darme cuenta, ante situaciones visceralmente importantes para mí, de repente cierta lírica me viene a la cabeza y la canto sin querer. Como hoy, normal1 fue la clave de mi re-retorno con el Circo Beat, con el viejo Fito, ese que me revuelve las entrañas, el corazón y me hace chillar sin remedio de la pura alegría, del saber estar. Como si esa vieja manía y esa loca pasión, la clave de mi estar siguiese latente siempre y estallase de golpe con todo el odio-amor que le profeso y me hace profesar. Pero es así. Con Fito no tengo círculos medios. Ni espero tenerlos jamás.



Y aquí, una de mis rolas preferidas del universo. Fueye del sol. Canción cuya música original es obra de Piazolla pero cuya letra es del mismísimo Fito. Alguien por ahí dijo que después de escucharle la vida no sería la misma. Para enamorarse, para llorar, para abrazar. Je. Una de las grandes desconocidas pero más excelsas interpretaciones del Fito por siempre. También tu sonrisa inolvidable, el jardín donde vuelan los mares, normal1, ambar violeta y del 63. Saludos. Por un buen inicio … y buenos deseos..
