personally I think Hello is a different kind of person, I think it's her inner voice, trying to help Young Amy make sense of it, the lie that lives for her and is kind of how her inner self percieves the situation...Hello is another part of her, like they'res two peices of her in this song, first the one who is in shock and sadness over it, and then the voice inside of her, trying to make sure abit of her survives the whole thing
