You haven't really said whats wrong with the band except that they "suck". They never were Death Metal to begin with and neither have they ever claimed to be.Plus, there isnt anything wrong in trying to sell your music as long as you dont deviate too much from your original style, imo. If you're in a metal band, especially in India where the market for even commercial rock/metal is close to zero, you have to keep doing stuff to stay financially afloat.Besides, bands like AILD & BFMV are far more mallcore than this band will ever be so I dont get what you're whining so much about!
