After 2010, 2011 seemed like a big enough let down that it's taken me until nearly April to create my annual whatever-the-opposite-of-oft-read-is list of top albums. Nothing will probably ever be as good as two years ago and, having accepted that, I've warmed up to some releases from last year. Wasn't all that bad after all. #1 and 2 are interchangeable as far as I'm concerned right now, but I gave the edge to Real Estate.
