Biografia

i feel like people gravitate towards prophets because it was the heaviest and no other reason. it's a good album, don't get me wrong, but this band made a name for themselves mixing emotion with their hardcore rather than just drive.

Every album is special in a way, the split included. I really don't know how can you decide what is your favorite release.

Agree with Lonetramp. Phophets have some special MHC sound. The last two alboms are awesome two but Phophets is the best work. If I think about Counterparts like a MHC I represent Phophets .

I know this may be unpopular, but I think their first album is their best.[2] Totally agreed on that. I liked just a couple of songs from 2 and 3 albums but they don't even get close to Phophets.

I'm now convinced that The Difference Between Hell and Home is their absolute pinnacle, it's excellent and passionate melodic hardcore. All their albums are great however.

I know this may be unpopular, but I think their first album is their best. Prophets rips like crazy and is rather heartfelt and genuine, and they have just become more and more intolerably shticky with each subsequent release. imo, TDBHAH is their worst work yet and is just a patronizing and shitty album overall, as far as "melodic hardcore" goes. it's a real disappointment, man..

Honestly, TCWCU didn't stand out to me other than Reflection. It's still a good album, but I think that Prophets and TDBHAH are much better. [2] I agree that TCWCU didn't stand out compared to the other 2, but TCWCU is still all around a solid album.

TDBHAH is in my opinion also, their best work.

Strangely but I didn't like 'The Current will take Us' at all. And their last record 'The Difference Between Hell & Home' is one of my favourite albums now.

Love dat Reflection. Those lyrics sums up how i've felt like this past year. These guys deserve so much more attention. Hope to see them in Indonesia soon.
