This is an awesome album and here's why: It works even better when you listen to it all they way through. Usually I skip tracks and I even do that on the best albums ever made (like All Eyez on Me). This one is best when listened to from start to finish without interruption. His voice and lyrical flow is perfect for these beats. He's no bling-bling rapper and there are way too many of those around.

Any musician will be in a different zone and period of course...my personal opinion is...listen to his other 21st century albums - Like Water For Chocolate, Electric Circus and Be. Much better albums compared to Finding Forever... I felt this album was quite a let down compared to those three (although Common is generally very good.)

Common's flow on this is the most relaxed it's ever been, showing confidence and skill... the rap game could use more cats like that. Give props where props is due: Kanye could very well BE the new Primo; even using Premier's name in the same sentence as ANYONE else is testament to their abilities. Like Jay-Z comparing himself to Jordan. Common can miss here and there, but introduce me to a rapper who doesn't.

Well one decent song doesn't make a good album. Drivin Me Wild and The Game are the only songs that i didn't delete from this album.

She said 'you look like you rap, where's your bling-ay/ And your clothes are tight but you don't seem gay'/ I said 'naw, that's dude from N-Sync-ay.... There are lazy ass rhymes like this all throughout this album. Common fell off hard with this album imo.
