Juan Atkins (nascido em 09 de dezembro de 1962) é um músico americano. Ele é amplamente creditado como o criador do techno music, especificamente techno de Detroit junto com Derrick May e Kevin Saunderson. Os três, às vezes são chamados de "Belleville Three", por terem cursado o ensino médio juntos em Belleville, Michigan, perto de Detroit.
