  • Os Meus Dezesseis

    Me dá até vergonha falar que eu em alguma época da minha vida escutei Xuxa, por isso só vou falar dos que realmente tiveram significância na minha vida de uma maneira geral, da minha infância até hoje. Um pai fã de Cazuza, Barão, Ultraje, Legião, avós loucos por tango e bolero, um pouco de tequila e já são dezesseis anos.

    Entre Xuxa e Angélica eu sempre fiquei com Angélica, mesmo não tendo o que falar sobre isso, achei melhor começar com essa comparação.

    Cresci escutando seus CDs, que eram da minha vó, e jurava que ele era da idade dela. Eu nem ligava, mas a sua voz me marco muito, o estilo, o bolero, AQUELA voz. Hoje eu sei o valor que ele tem e não troco por nada. Um dos poucos que estão comigo desde que eu nasci e talvez daí tenha começado meu interesse e paixão pelas músicas latinas.

    Foi o meu grande boom com as músicas em espanhol. Maria do Bairro, Marimar, Maria Mercedes, Rosalinda, o que pra muitas pessoas não presta sempre me interessou muito. Atualmente eu não ando escutando tanto, mas até por hábito costumo fuçar a pasta dela. Tu y yo, pra mim, a melhor música.

    Por ter quase a minha idade eu sinto que cresci junto com ela, no começo com as músicas infantis de novelas, passando pelo pop adolescente, até um estilo rock meio pop. Cada dia eu admiro mais o trabalho dela, fico feliz de ter passado todos esses anos escutando e sem me arrepender.

    Não sei se as outras crianças conheciam, até porque eles morreram quando eu tinha 5 anos, mas eu acompanhava eles vivos ainda, me dá um pouco de nostalgia lembrar. Pelados em Santos o melhor do melhor.

    Com uns 9 ou 10 anos eu já escutava o que tem gente que só agora ta descobrindo. Falar nela me enche de nostalgia, tanta que eu não consigo mais escutar uma música sequer. Foi o boom pra entrar na música brasileira, muitas coisas eu escutava por escutar (Jota Quest, Skank, CPM, etc), mas desde pequena eu já sabia da dimensão das suas letras, no poder que elas têm. Se não me engano no ano que descobri a sua música, ela morreu.

    Igual que a Cássia, no ano que eu conheci (outra vez nas coisas da minha vó) ele morreu. Não Quero Dinheiro é a música que mais me marco, toda a minha vida, tudo, hoje em dia quando eu escuto ainda me lembro de outros tempos (de novo a tal nostalgia), mas já superei, e adoro. Um amigo meu disse que ele fazia soul, então eu acho que gosto desse tal de soul.

    Daqui a 10 anos eu faço outra análise, dessa vez, da minha adolescência :)

    olhando minha lista de músicas mais ouvidas nesta semana, fiquei assustado: não me lembro de ter ouvido tanto Metallica ou The Smashing Pumpkins.. e esperava ter ouvido mais Muse, Cássia Eller e Scorpions.. vai saber dos mistérios do last.fm..

    a boa é que estou ouvindo cada vez mais músicas por semana. daqui a pouco vou precisar renovar o estoque, mas antes vou fazer uma maratona de The White Stripes, Slipknot, The Doors, Black Label Society, Lacrimosa.. tenho as discografias destas bandas phodas! ;)
