Biografia

Busted foi uma banda britânica, formada por em James Bourne, Charlie Simpson e Matt Willis.
O grupo se formou em 2001 e se desfez em 14 de janeiro de 2005. James e Matt haviam criado a banda. Depois conseguiram o apoio da gravadora Island Records/Universal, mas necessitariam de um terceiro integrante para sair em turnê como grupo.
Puseram um anúncio no jornal para recrutar os candidatos. Na apresentação, havia vários candidatos entre eles Tom Fletcher (Que se tornaria amigo da Banda e uns dos colaboradores nas composições como em “Crashed the Wedding”) Apesar da grande amizade Fletcher e Bourne, Charlie Simpson foi o eleito para integrar na banda.
Prometeram que se um dos três se retirasse do grupo, o Busted acabaria, e foi o que aconteceu. Em 14 de janeiro de 2005, Charlie abandonou o grupo e apesar das tentativas de James Bourne em continuar a banda, o grupo se dissolveu. Atualmente Charlie esta na sua banda Fightstar, James em carreira solo como “Future Boy”, e Matt também em carreira solo.

    Plastonick, if you're gonna make ignorant accusations like that, at least get the bad right. Pretty sure it was MCFLY and not Busted who covered that Queen song. (I don't care if you getting the names to the band wrong was on purpose just to make you look "cool" and "good"/"they all sound the same" blah blah blah) Get over yourself please. Cheers. BIG REUNION 2014 PLEASE.

    Obviously Matt and James are probably going to want to create Busted again, because they haven't really done anything since them. But Charlie has gone on to make an awesome band, and despite how much i like Busted, i think Fightstar are far too good for Charlie to go back to Busted from them...
