i was walking this dense sorta nature trail this one time, and just listening through the BOC discography (recc. activity btw) and i didn't notice how dark out it was getting until this song came on and threw a dark claustrophobic tinge on the nature around me. and is that a sample of a lettuce being chopped there?

I get an incredible feeling from this song, and in a way its very cinematic. Its as if someone is struggling to escape from hell, climbing up a ladder into the sky. The demonic voice seems to be tempting you trying to draw you back down (the backmasked "God with hooves" sample), until a voice comes from up above telling you to "take their hand" and pushes you to finally be free of the nightmare. I can even hear a quiet, disconcerted, fearful electronic voice that I always think represents the person trying to escape, perhaps the same one that is experiencing Geogaddi first hand. The grating sounds slowly fade out, as if they are ascending to the sky and floating away. With "Corsair" proceeding this, one can speculate that this tortured soul finally found redemption from evil. So this has moved me to tears on quite a few occasions based on how I picture it in my mind.

Superb. Can't describe the feelings. Something in the middle between the rapture, fear and euphoria. And something very important between them.
