Bleed the Dream é uma banda americana de post-hardcore formada no sul da Califórnia. A banda terminou em 2007, logo após o lançamento do seu segundo álbum ‘Killer Inside’ com a nova formação. Em 11 de junho de 2008, Brandon (primeiro vocalista) anunciou um boletim no seu myspace para promover a sua nova banda ‘Phantom Communique’ e disse também sobre um possível retorno do Bleed the Dream e afirmou que a formação original está trabalhando junto novamente.

Both era's of this band were great. Built By Build and even Killer Inside got passed up by way too many listeners. Really underrated album and underrated band altogether.

Saw them live, lets see... 4 years ago at Warped Tour. They were really great! I really wish I would have been able to see them live while Scott was still here. Awake is great, Build by Blood is awesome, and Asleep is a masterpiece.

On May 18 2008 they announced this on their MySpace blog: "So everyone keeps asking about the rumors well truth be told I (Dave) have been writing a bunch of new songs Keith has been writing a bunch of new songs and drum roleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee YES BRANDON has been Writing a bunch of new songs. The 3 of us will get together sometime soon make mad passionate love and then hash out all our ideas. I can't say there will be another BTD record or not but I will tell you this that the only way we would do another one is if it was slammin!!!!
