The beats are really solid but a lot of the verses feel like they just exist to have something over the beats. It's solid as hell, it's just probably the most formulaic hip-hop album I've ever heard.

Yeah, after several listens to In Death Reborn, it's mostly glamour. I can blast it while driving, but forget listening to the lyrics. There are only half a dozen rhymes in this whole album I can recall.

Midnight Burial and Digital War are heavy, at least.

I just can't believe that there are negative reviews for the new album.

Everything I've hear from Jus Allah has been pure garbage, I don't get how people actually like him? AOTP is better than Wu-Tang, definitely. I didn't grow up with Wu-Tang like a lot of people, though, and AOTP are the group that got me into any Hip-Hop at all in the first place. It's subjective. In Death Reborn is a great album, not their best, but it was a worthy purchase. The CD digi has an embossed cover, which I like. Makes a physical purchase that much better.

Army of the pharaohs was better with Jus Allah and Chief Kamachi, only member that I like that's left is Vinnie Paz, the rest is "okay"

Just listened the new AOTP album from Spotify, and it's everything you'd expect from the group. The production is solid, the tracks bang, the verses flow like customary - though no memorable lines come to my mind after the first listening. Death Reborn is a typically raw AOTP joint. All good, nothing out of the ordinary.

No, the album is good. Just a different atmosphere than others, it needs to be done. I struggled at the beginning and again the listening, I find cool.
