This is about the same story as in april and the phantom. April and the phantom is about a prostitute and her pimp. She kills the pimp while she's pregnant. The baby gets born in Alvin row and probably just sucks at life and dies. Alvin row is about April's breakdown. Both the songs are btw. Another theory is that they're both about the same character but that wouldn't make sense because there are two names used.
