  Is the Japanese band AIRMAIL referred to here the same as the Japanese band "AIRMAIL from NAGASAKI". I'd assume it is.

  Yep... they should do that. It isn't that difficult, I think. They should do something like Country > Artist > Album > Song. Currently, there is nothing superior to the Artist category. It's probably difficult to grab the country from the Tags, tho... Anyway, AIRMAIL (jap) is <3.
