Long overdue list of my favorite screamo bands, defined as anything with many of the normal traits of screamo music: a loud and fast sound, short songs, gritty lyrics, prominent use of rock instruments, screaming vocals, etc. Screamo is a broader term than hardcore, so I think it's more useful for a list like this.
