B'z The reason why I like them is their kick-ass music. Out of curiosity I downloaded one of their albums and
純情ACTION remains one of my favourite songs. This is my kind of music. I don't know their personalities but after seeing some of their live performances on youtube I feel in love. This kind of rockish energy is what I like the most ♥ I even bought some of their older CDs.
滴草由実 I'm not a big fan of Japanese female singers, the way they sings annoys me greatly. Yumi, and the following singers, are exepctions. I downloaded all her releases after hearing
Hana Kagari. I don't know why I like her, I guess it's the music. I think it'd be hard to find more media of her, like TV apperances and interviews which I could understand. But that's enough because I like what I see and hear. She's really pretty and has nice, strong voice. I'd recommend her music in a heartbeat ♥

Ryo. Thank you for fanboying over them, because without you I wouldn't have heard about them. The first song was
Slow Rain because it's the song Ryo supposedly copied in
ordinary. I was intrigued so I decided to check them out. Gosh, they're amazing! They have this sort of mellow sound which I rarely listen to but I like their kind of mellow. ACIDMAN is one of those bands, where I don't care about the members but about the music. They even covered Pocahontas's
Colors of the Wind song! Much better than the original, imho ♥ The English is pleasant too :P
宇多田ヒカル She's almost everybody's favourite and she's also mine. I've been aware of her existance and her songs, but I've become fan after watching MTV's Unplugged
Wait and See. The whole concert is so amazing. She sounds great in this arrangement ♥ I wish I could spent more money on her, becasue
HEART STATION is an amazing album. My favourite Utada song is
Beautiful World. She's also one of few female singers who's presonality doens't annoy me (yes I'm easliy annoyed :P). I adore her, because she proves that you don't have to be slutty to be on top for such a long time :)
関ジャニ∞ Poor, unappreciated Eito. I took me a while to like them, but after I started to discover them it was an easy ride. They won me over with SCP version of
Eden which is just just
beautiful. The reason I got interested was Ryo, but Kanajni8 never were Ryo and some other guys, they were always Kanjani8 for me :) It's so obvious that they're good friends and enjoy each other's company. I don't watch much of their variety shows, but I always make sure to download their MS, Utaban, Heyx3 apperances and their concerts of course (47 - one of the best JE concerts ever). And can I just say that
PUZZLE is fucking awesome? The weird thing is that I don't like their title single songs, I usually like the B-sides better XD And I do own 4 Kanjani CD's :P
錦戸亮 Gosh, were do I even begin? Ryo is probably my favourite person ever but putting all bias aside. I love his music. He could have been the ugliest person ever but my adoration towards him would never decrease. The first song of him I heard and that made me fall for him was famous and akhdsgfsdal amazing
code. The funny thing is that not untill I decided to re-tag my mp3's I got to know that it was Ryo singing (before, it was just tagged as
NEWS). However, ordinary still remains my favourite Ryo song with 432 scrobbled listens on last.fm. I love to watch him perform, he can be either sexy, cute, dorky or gay. I truly adore this guy ♥
ONE OK ROCK When I listen to OKR I still find it hard to believe that the main vocalist was a NEWS memeber before :o And that was the reason why I decided to Youtube them. It was love at first listen.

Et Cetera made me their fan. I used to listen to their
recent album while I was going to the University or while I was going back to the apartment and it gave me such an amazing kick after tiring day. I wanted to dance and sing on the streets XD
鬼束ちひろ Without any doubt, my favourite japanese famale singer. I think I've heard her for a first time somtime in 2006? I downloaded her two songs
Infection and
Borderline. Two a m a z i n g songs. I scrobbled more or less 500 listens only with those two songs. About Chihiro. I don't know a lot about her, she doesn't have a lot of media exposure and I get the feeling that she doesn't want or like media attention too much. I watched her Music Station apperance after her hiatus due to her throat condition and she looked like she wanted to kill all the audience along with the staff. She seems to be very emoish person, but omg, her music is stunning. She has very powerful voice, a rarity among female japanese singers I think.
NEWS Oh, god. NEWS. I have no idea how they've managed to climb up so fast in my personal rantings :o I kind of blame
leelamii for it :P Why I like NEWS? At first it was the music, yes. I enjoy techopop. I'm constantly laughed at for liking
Bambina (great fanvid!). But the song that won me over was
I.ZA.NA.I.ZU.KI. It has my name in the title, ~
kuchizuke wo~ and great choreography :D Somehow I grow to like these guys for their personalities and I really do think they're funny (Heyx3 and Utaban, NEWS wo Abake appearances? Hilarious). They're my 2nd favourite JE band and I don't have even one of their CDs. I need to buy
COLOR, it's a great album ♥
嵐 Arashi, my dear Arashi. These guys mean so much to me ♥ I've been a fan for over 3,5 year by now and I'm not as obsessed with them as I was before and I don't fangirl them as much as I used to, right now I'm more into NEWS, but they still remain my favourite band. I adore every single one of them. For their personalities, their friendship and the passion they put into their performances. They're so hardworking and somehow managed to stay humble even though they achived the top. I'm so happy that I could see how they took the world by storm. They're truly my idols. I'm glad that I found them ♥ ♥ ♥
