An interpretation of the video: At first we see a hole in her (in her soul) later that hole is in her environment (her life). She gathers ugly looking creatures to fill that hole (takes drugs, drinks, stuff like that to to fill her gap in her life, tries to "fill" the emptiness she feels by doing bad things "little angel go away, devil has my ear today") but iventually she falls into that hole (drugs destroy her, she becomes an addict "white as dracula... weak and powerless"). The lyrics in the song assume that a person is trying, digging, to find that "something" desperatelly, he searches for bad things to make him not to feel this desperation and that becomes his addiction, he becomes weak and powerless by that try and eventually he approaches the bottom...
