Ahhnold and Co. are pleased to announce they will no longer need to tear the intestines out of anyone at MySpace’s camp as the site has eagerly agreed to premier the band’s debut music video for the track Get To The Choppa off the multi award winning release Total Brutal. Or at least we told Ahhnold the album has won several awards, including best album to ever be created by an Austrian and best album of the Universe, to ensure he does not leave his headquarters in Sacramento to rip the arms off and beat any of Metal Blade staff with their own limbs. We still can’t get the blood stains out of the carpet from when he brutalized one of our interns for mistakenly referring to the band as Australian Death Machine. Poor Timmy…

Austrian Death Machine have just been confirmed to play KUPD’s End of Summer Scorcher taking place Saturday, September 20th at the Peoria Sports Complex in Peoria, AZ. This all day music festival will feature two stages with performances by Alice In Chains, Deftones, 5 Finger Death Punch, Theory Of A Deadman, RA, Tantric, Black Stone Cherry, Another Black Day, Austrian Death Machine and more. Northern CA technical death metal outfit Brain Drill has just announced Joe Bondra of PA as their new drummer. Video footage of Joe covering Brain Drill songs along with songs the band recorded with him when he came to the bay area just this past weekend will be posted to Brain Drill’s MySpace page HERE.

“I always thought that Brain Drill was one of the most brutal bands in the death metal scene, and now I am extremely excited to be part of that band and I am even more amped to be able to start playing shows and work on our new material” comments Joe Bondra

Brain Drill is now looking to recruit a new bass player. If you are interested send the band a video or mp3 showcasing your skills as a bass player. An audio file is fine but the band prefers video if possible.
