InSonicBloom Fat Wreck really bother me lately, its not just fat its NOFX too over the years their bands have started getting slower and just plain generic, I used to be able to count on fat for not releasing boring stuff, I mean nofx even said they wanted to release albums with more than one good song - dinosaurs will die, but the new nofx album has 2 fast songs on it. but what really fucked me off was when they ditched one of their best bands propagandhi when they brought to them possibly one of the best albums punk has delivered in a long time "supporting caste" punk used to get me all angry and riled up and I could smash shit up and just generally have fun with it on, but now it seems to be just loads of nancy boys singing about girls and love you can't smash shit up to that i'm sorry - well unless youre smashing the cd up

SkaterSean Just because somebody doesn't like Fat Wreck Chords doesn't make them a poser. Most of the bands on this page are pop-punk/melodic hardcore and some people don't dig that kind of stuff. There are a lot of other good actual punk rock bands that are signed onto different labels like Alternative Tentacles or other good labels. I'm not saying Fat Wreck is bad though, just saying.

think5577 had the fat-wreck-chord sticker under my 3rd brake light during high school days and after. god damn, what a good label! i remember ordering cds/stickers/etc through their print catalog. i'm slowly catching up after a few years of disconnect. haha "ten years of fuckin' up" on VHS!

"come on fat wreck is way better than epitaph, they started signing bullshit since nofx left epitaph. fat wreck at least keeps it the punk rock genre, but hey punk rock is not just the only good genre. at least fat wreck is still an independent label".....................Once More. Im gonna have to call FAILURE on This comment as well. NOFX didn't go to fat.....They CREATED fat. They told Epitaph Fuck you guys we can do this better ourselves, and have done so. Intresting that you know that fat was an independent label, but failed to know why.

For Two, they sucked in 2001 and lastly, How the fuck can a indie label sell out unless it is sold, and why is it the last world tour nofx went on, They LOST MONEY!. Fucking punk posers born in the fucking 90's and think they know what it was like to freeze your ass off outside of the local punk club drinking to keep warm, and actually knowing what the band was talking about. True punk Never Died....it just went Underground, seek and you shall know.

Or what bothers you, if you dont like them dont associate with it, arguing with people here doesnt do anything but make you mad, mad over the INTERNET. You have to realize the fat wreck people arent going to change just because you're sick of them. Punk is dead anyway, this is a different era with different influences.

None of these bands are emo, just because one is more popular than an other doesn't automatically mean its shit. Green Day has nothing to do with Fat. I have never heard any of these bands played on MTV or the radio. Just because these guys arent like Totalitar doesnt mean theyre worthless.
