My Formica Table is a tiny little Net-Label established with the Sole intention of helping to nurture and promote a growing community of experimentally minded musicians, artists and thinkers.

Free music is the way forward.

We have to bring people together under common creativity to share subjective truths. It is from the cumulative collection of subjective truths that the universal truth will be discovered.

I am beginning to think about the next MFT compilation.

My Formica Table Compilation # 1 was primarily concerned with sort of ambient/electronic/drone (and the odd bit of other stuff too), but for the next one I intend to gather a selection of wonderful music created by groups of humans feeding off, and interacting with, one another - i.e. bands.

It should be lovely.

If you are in a band, and you think your music would appreciate being compilationised with a bunch of other superb sonic experiments then don't hesitate to contact me via my_formica_table@yahoo.co.uk .
