BRAVO to Bravo! My DVR was set! I fell in love with this show. I do admit I DVR'd all the episodes but would watch them on Saturday. Bad timeslot for an incredible show. Is there some way to email or write Bravo? They did just lose Project Runway after all and need another ratings winner. Why would they bother to buy repeats of just one season if they didn't think it had potential? There has to be a way to get another season going. I don't know about the age demographic of this show but I'm 41, so I was between 10-13 during the time period the show takes place in but I love it! I want to see what happens next and there has to be a way to get Bravo to see there are many who feel the same way!

I'd be interested in buying it "AS IS" completely furnished and all and they can stay with me.....I would love to swing with both of them......and I'd make Janet my personal project (any one recognize any character similarity to "Janet" from The Rocky Horror Picture Show (they were both frigid!)

Just goes to show you that CBS is the network that killed another famous show back in the 60's in favor of the network head's wife's favorite show "Gunsmoke" (If I remember correctly it was Star Trek and I think it might have been William Palin who was running the network at the time).

I am going to order the series on DVD when it comes out and I know it will be as I have already seen it listed somewhere legit indicating it is on its way. I wish they'd reconsider! Just goes to show you that not everyone in the entertainment industry knows their shit.

Just read in Entertainment Weekly that Bravo bought the show. Unfortunately, it is only to air the 1st season in reruns, not to shoot any new seasons. Not to be a downer but I don't give a s*** about watching the first season again, I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS TO THE CHARACTERS after that cliffhanger finale. Guess we'll never know.

Yeah, I agree. Is there any news about this show coming back? I don't think the acting was the greatest in the world, but the premise of the show was excellent. I always thought if it had the budget of an HBO show, a few key cast member improvements would have made it a cult hit. Then again, maybe this means more Big Love is in the works!

Swingtown just seemed to end so suddenly; I expected at least another episode as a teaser. Maybe they want to use it as a filler show during breaks.

CBS is evil....Moonlight had many many viewers (it retained 83% of it's lead in show, Ghost Whisperer) and even won the FREAKING PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD FOR BEST DRAMA AND IT STILL GOT FREAKING CANCELLED. Seriously, CBS is the worst. If someone with any clout is reading this from CBS (which they aren't) I would hope that they realize how heinous they are.

I usually can never find any TV shows I like on CBS, but SWINGTOWN is fabulous and is on the same plane as DESPERATE HOUSEWIFES. I am hooked, but it is just like CBS to take one of its best shows in a long time off the air. I am SOO wanting some one with some pull to read this and bring it back on the air. I am pretty sure CBS ratings would go up if they keep it on long enough (like a whole season on the same night). I just so happened to find it on a different night, but that just happened a few Friday nights. CBS substituted some crappy action show in that time slot.
