Yes, this player needs far too much improvement for me to continue to use it. I used this player for a good 3 months, but now I've moved on to MusicBee. Many of the good Songbird features, but far more compact/superior. Goodbye. I'll try musikCube 2 (Whenever it's released).

I uninstalled musikcube yesterday, foobar has a steep learning curve but it also has ipod support.

Thanks for the heads-up, schmutze. I've noticed that too. Is there any way to get the plugin to scrobble the first 30 seconds, like the itunes and wmp plugins do?

I noticed a bug in the plugin, and I just realized the reason/ workaround solution. Whenever you listen to something on last.fm (via the in-page player), you have to manually reconnect the plugin. Once you reconnect, it will continue to update normally. Now you know.
