  • Watched it all, but wasn't really too impressed with these songs either. They're alright, but don't have the usual B&S feeling.

  • What's your opinion about the album? I've just started listening and don't know what to think...I suppose it needs several listenings before appreciating....

  • I'm not sure either... I have listened to it through several times now and it just doesn't sound quite right. I heard that it was meant to be like their Sinister days but it sounds more like the Life Pursuit than anything else. It doesn't flow very well as an album either. I like several of the tracks - I didn't see it coming; I want the world to stop; I'm not living in the real world. I think the single (Write about love) has too many different sounds and is complicated. I am not sure yet but I think I might be a bit disappointed! I think like rantandrage said - it doesn't sound like B&S. What do others think?

  • Ha! I've since listened to the whole album quite a bit, I like enough of the album not to be disappointed. My expectations are always high when they release something new.

    You're right, the album doesn't seem to flow well, but they have a number of really good singles on it, some as good as anything else they've done.
