Thomas Michael Fletcher (17/07/1985), more commonly known as Tom, is the oldest member of McFLY.

He, in reality, was the founder of McFLY, therefore is seen by many of his fans as the leader/main member of the band, even though he is joint lead vocalist and lead guitarist, with fellow member Danny Jones.
