hmmm...I guess it depends on how strange you like your Olivia Tremor Control. Dusk at Cubist Castle is certainly a more "poppy" album, with most of its oddness condensed into the Green Typewriters suite and the following songs. Black Foliage, on the other hand, has it spread through the entire album, so it's hard to say, they're very different.
I think it's safe to say they are too different to really say which is better.

Dusk. Listen to it on vinyl, on LSD, on a good turntable, with good headphones... I don't really think music can be any more connecting.

Dusk I think, but ive listened to it much more. I think its better for the songs themselves while black foliage is great for the focus and continuity. Both of them are undervalued classics.
