I've been rewatching through Mr. Show. I know Dio likes it, any other fans?

  • Just started Misfits. Know very little about it, but so far so good.

That was then, this is dumb.
  • Working my way through Newsradio, seasons 1-9 of The Simpsons, The Adventures of Pete and Pete and the second season of Community.

Does anyone else watch Fringe? I've been watching the first season and I'm beginning to think it's the best show on network television.

  • Finished the first season of The Wire a couple weeks ago. Being from Baltimore (County), it's pretty cool to actually know most of the streets they refer to. Very entertaining, but I have to admit, it was a bit of a letdown considering all the hype given it by people here and in general, although apparently it doesn't really get cookin until seasons 3 and 4.

I'm slow to catch on to things, but I'm finally watching 30 Rock, I luff it.

  • The quality drops off pretty badly after the 2nd season, so enjoy it while ye can.

  • yeah, it just becomes live-action Family Guy after that.

haha, that's a good way of putting it. The MILF Island episode was where it all started going downhill for me.

  • I started on Bored To Death. I'm enjoying it so far and looking forward to season two, which I heard gets a lot better.

  • The Wire. Finally done with it.
The fifth season exceed my expectations, which was based on a general consensus. It does fall short in comparison to the first, third and fourth seasons, I suppose.
    It does wrap up nicely.

  • I'm about to start watching the second season of that pretty soon.

Found the first two seasons of Wonder Showzen, that show was pretty warped at times

  • I had a three day weekend and all my friends were sick, so I watched the first two seasons of Dexter. Good stuff, I should have pushed past the first five minutes the first time I decided to watch.

American Skins was the shittiest shit I ever did see.

That was then, this is dumb.

Bored to Death was a nice surprise. Nothing great by any means but a perfect stoner show.

I'm beyond excited for Parks and Rec to come back tonight. The world needs more Ron Fucking Swanson.

  • finished Lost in a month, time to get on with life...

or sorry, time to "move on," as I have returned to a place with "now"

  • Parks And Rec and Community continue to be two of the best things on television.

I started watching Chris Morris' shows. Brass Eye is fucking hilarious. I really like Jam, but I also find it really disturbing and uncomfortable at points, which is kind of the point, but still really strange for sketch comedy.

Bob, I was always amazed Wonder Showzen lasted as long as it did. I've got the "Hang In There" poster hanging over the door of my dorm:

    i don't get community

every other joke is some fourth wall breaking overtly ironic take on sitcom stereotypes, but then the show is still packed full of horrible sappy sitcom bullshit

    its constantly mocking itself unintentionally

  • Back to House of Cards. Just finished to To Play King. Would have been better had I not been aware of a third series. I pretty much watched the entire second season knowing the bad guy was going to win.

  • My new addiction is the documentary series Brick City. It clearly draws inspiration from The Wire and I'm hooked. The music that plays throughout the show is great too.

Finished first season of Dexter. it wasn't flawless, it was morally shady but I had good time watching it.
