no Viva Las Vegas on that one, but nobody's perfect

  • Tickley Feather - Tickley Feather

The name sounds twee or something, but it's far from it. It's very experimental, and reminicent of Ariel Pink, but somehow churned out by a single mother with a 4-track.

Sad Day For Puppets - Unknown Colors

I really dug their EP from earlier in the year, and this is more of the same, inspired dream pop. A little bit like Pluramon, if you're into that.

    Fight Bite - Emerald Eyes

A dream pop double bill then. This is lush, an awesome debut.

Thanks for the recommendations folks - I'll check some of those out today if I have the time!

I'm not a huge fan of Blue Sky Black Death. I've not heard much of their newer stuff though, just A Heap of Broken Images.

That's a down tempo instrumental record, from what you say eagleheartt it seems they are working with more MCs/vocalists. Could be interesting!

  • Skepticism - Stormcrowfleet
I've just been in a slow-as-fuck music mood all week.

Also listened to Gregor Samsa's Rest last night and it was fantastic. Had an excellent sleep afterwards cuz I was so chillaxed/

I watched the Muppet Christmas special yesterday. I think that counts.

  • I'll isten to some Jesus Lizard later. That surely counts.

This one doesn't counts at all. But it's one of the finest LPs I've heard this year.

    David Bowie ~ Hunky Dory

I'll chalk it up to a recent re-watching of The Life Aquatic

Because it's the best Turntablism i've ever heard.. end of discussion.

  • Whoa, best turntablism ever, and the cover doesn't load. Please tell us the name, then. That's just evil if you don't.

  • Black Milk - Tronic

My mate played us a couple of tracks, sounds pretty decent.
