I listen to Slippery When Wet on my cassette deck in my car while I cruise the streets with my long-haired buddies. That's why it doesn't show up on my charts.

  • do you have the Nelly Furtado cover? I heard it's pretty sweet.

I have it, but I hate feeling unpopular for liking her so I turn off my last.fm plug-in when I listen to anything by her. I wish more people would give her music a chance. I feel so alone sometimes. It makes me want to lash out and do something crazy, like leaving my bed unmade or refusing to call my teacher "sir".

Huh. I didn't listen to much last week as I was wating tables almost every night. I did listen to quite a bit of Stevie Wonder though- probably because he's a legend and the best person of all time.
But this weekly chart is pretty dull overall. Must try harder.

  • I hate Stevie Wonder, he's legendarily horrific.

    You mental.

  • I really can't stand his music. I rate him right up there with Paul McCartney in his Wings era.

It actually got reissued recently with the canister and all. Don't know if it's worth the 50 dollars though, I could get the last Valley of the Ashes triple LP for that.

I shant bother posting my charts, as I listened to a fairly pitiful amount of tunes on the computer this week. Meaning that the vast majority of the chart is made of artist tied on a single play. Anyhow..

Although I didn't listen to much, some of it was fairly interesting. Von Sundenfed were miles out in front for a second week running, I checked out some of that new Hella International release from Stones Throw which is rather sweet, nice and fab.

Also, I heard one of the new Sound Ink singles. They seem to have changed thier direction a bit compared to the productions they put out on that first Viktor Vaughn record.. still seems like a good label though. I need to start keeping an eye on it again.
