I only ever really use blanket terms.. except for with Psych. Which i divide into Psychedelia, Neo psychededelia and Shoegaze. Really that's it.

I really do not like animal collective. The new EP is in our rotation, so I played it. I cringed through the whole song and deifnitely made sure to note that it was not my own taste, just something I pretty much had to play.

I reviewed that album for the radio station. That was the hardest thing that I have ever had to sit through. There's noise music, and then there's real noise that our ears naturally respond negatively to. The Animal Collective EP is the latter.

Due to being in a different time zone then the last.fm HQ my profile says i'm 18. I officially feel old. Tomorrow I am going to ride my bike without a helmet, order a george foreman (sp?) grill from an informercial. and go to taping of the price is right. why? because I'm cool like that.

I saw that before. It makes me feel quite ill, and i'm definately not the sqeumish type, infact I sat through a beheading video.. haven't felt this bad watching a video since the beheading video.

Interesting fact: When I listen to Modest Mouse, I turn Last.fm off. If I didn't do this, they would probably be my most listened to artist by a fair margin.

These officers go around in that library and make sure everyone has an ID or something, he didn't, and from there it's two different stories:

The cops said he refused to leave so they had to take action.

The crowd said he was leaving already and they tasered him.

I think the crowd is right, I mean he's already at the doors right? Pretty fucked up shit, especially when he's laying on the ground and they tase him repeatedly whilst demanding he get up.
