Random Thoughts

I figured I would make this because I'm listening to Jens Lekman and I really think he has a very Morrissey-esque voice, which is a good thing.

I didn't know where to say that so yeah, music related of not, post your thought.

Oh PS my i-pod just started beeping. That can't be good. It really freaked me out.

Oh, that beeping? The sound of my i-pod spontaneously deleting all of my music. I don't have any idea why it did that and I would be in tears right now if I weren't going to visit my best friend at school in roughly a week. So at least I can get it all back in a relatively timely manner.

The thing about the iPod Sucks.. I broke all my headphones and now can't listen to any music outside of home. now Where's my Emo Picture? god damn it.

What if Kevin Shields of My Bloody Valentine did a project like The Flaming Lips' Zaireeka with 4-5 CDs to be played at the same time? Can you imagine?

I remember two people here discussing a band that I had never heard and wanted to download. I dont remember the band or the people so basically I've got nothing. I just spent roughly 20 mins looking for what I am thinking of and it was useless. As is this post.

The Decemberists and My Morning Jacket both need to take a five year break and rediscover creativity.

I would say the same for The Strokes and Dresden Dolls but they're lost forever now.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree, because I'm not backing down that I think it's their best work.

I'll admit the songwriting borders on ridiculous at some points, but I kind of like that. And I don't know what you're on about calling the music 'laughable'.
