The new album "The Black and White album" is... great!

Can't wait until I can get my own copy of it.

Great? I'm not sure. It's kinda...strange. There are some songs which are so...untypical. I mean, a change from time to time isn't bad, but that...mh. But other songs I really enjoy like "Well All Right" and "Tick Tick Boom" of course. At the moment I think, the other albums are much better. But I've just listen to it for two times now, so I may change my current opinion

Edit: Ok, "Won't be long" is quite good, too. The album is not what I expected, but it's a good album and and I enjoy listening to it more and more...but "T.H.E.H.I.V.E.S." is shit oO

On first listen, I was mightily unimpressed, I was just waiting for it to finish.

Had a few listens, and I'm warming to it, I guess I wasn't used to 48 minutes of Hives in one go...

My Highlights: Tracks 1-3, 14 & 15.

Pharell should f*ck off, quite frankly.

A China Syndrome salad; plutonium and cheese.

Overall, I really like it, but it took a couple listens to really warm up to it. I'm certainly not disappointed, but the album is a bit less of a kick in the teeth I was expecting after T-Hives (that album had energy!). Ironically, the one track that seems two steps above every other:

Bigger Hole to Fill is still the peak song, something about HPA's dulcet tones in the chorus :D
