"It's simple - if you are male don't set a pretty girl as your avatar." Oh yes, oh my God, I have seen to much of those schizophrenic profiles... But also the other way, it is not totally uncommon: girls who set a smart man as avatar! - In both cases: If it was at least done for humor... But it seems to happen in most cases from some pathological confusion of the own sex to the contrary. Or from confusion with the own person and personality with the object of desire... Poor ones! Hopefully they can become again themselves! I wish them success on the back of gender transformation for their own sex... :-D

It annoys me too.... D:< As an internet addicted female who spends more time online than is healthy, it only ads to the illusion that we don't exist :( If a large enough number of us are fake, it leads people to assume we ALL are.... PS. Ironically enough, I'm not even sure what gender my avatar is.....
