For users who use auto-correct and are also tag nazis, and thus want to make an effort to make the corrections offered by auto-correct as correct as possible.

Let's strive together to make auto-correct perfect!

In this group everybody works together to spot missing corrections as well as mistakes in auto-correct, and vote for the correction of such.
This is especially useful for lesser known artists with too few listeners who care enough to vote.

Suggest songs and artists that are "corrected" wrongly or need correction, and the group will vote so that it can be fixed.

Check this thread for guidelines about making correct corrections. Seriously, it's got the answers for 80% of your questions, and is well worth the read!

"Emiliana Torrini" and "Emilíana Torrini" need to be merged into one with the right tag as "Emilíana Torrini". The track counts for the individual spellings are almost the same

This p*sses me off like no other. I have to click the "did you mean...?" at the top every time i want to go shout on a stupid song page of a stupid artist just because a bunch of douchebags suggested the incorrect artist name as correct! Big Pun directs to Big Punisher , Blaze Bayley directs to Blaze ... in both cases the FIRST artist name is right, in fact it's even their logos and how they refer to themselves! Please click "suggest a correction" for those on the right if you are bored!

re hairspray (2007 movie soundtrack) - see here, likely that composer Marc Shaiman gets credit for all tracks, regardless of who performed them. this is the way musicbrainz does it (individual performers only get a passing mention).

Hairspray Cast is redirected to Hairspray even though Lastfm is always telling us not to have Titles as artist names.. grr. What else can we tag them as? Surely one name to represent an entire cast is better than multiple profiles consisting of numerous actors listed is better...? This goes for all musical productions and movies...can we have one rule for them all please.
