  Tåke is the actual word for fog in norwegian, but he didn't want to use nordic letters, so he replaced 'å' with 'aa'. The right way to say it would be something like svarog12 suggested.

  I love this guy. HOWEVER, whenever someone asks me what I'm listening to, I want to say, "Taake!" but instead end up saying, "Well, it's this amazing Norwegian black metal -- just one guy, and it's... well, the name, it's a corruption of the Norwegian word for fog, 'Take' but he spells it with two A's and I don't want to butcher it -- " And then, by that time, they've lost intrest. HOW DO YOU SAY IT?
