Set Your Goals is a San Francisco based pop punk band with hardcore influences. The band name comes from melodic hardcore band CIV's first album, Set Your Goals.

Expect the upcoming album to release in late July!

SYG myspace bulletin: "Things are starting to come to a close for the completion of our new record and we're very excited about it! The record is expected out late July and the new label will be announced within a week . Everyone is already treating us very well and we couldn't ask for a better home :) We wrapped the 6+ week session with Mike Green on Monday the 16th and now we're relaxing (if you can call it that) at home and gearing up for a few more days before we head back down to LA to do some practicing, press and photo related stuff, and put the finishing touches/changes on our record along with some more guest vocal recording before we send it out to get mixed & mastered. After that we'll be heading out on our 7 week US tour with New Found Glory, Bayside, and Shai Hulud. Stoked!"
