  I think if you try to instill religious belief in a child that child will eventually see religious belief as a bad thing, especially during teenage years. If you wanna develop your own idea about the reasons behind existance I believe that you should be able to do so without someone calling you a blasphemer individual thought is the way forward instead of wollowing in the past.

  I actually enjoy the study of religion. I admire religious art for example. fervent hatred? I wouldn't go that far. The group's idea is that shoving religious beliefs down children's throats (wich is quite different from encouraging faith), when their reasoning capacities aren't fully developped, is wrong. And what does the sky has to do with this ? Unless you're colorblind, it IS blue, that's a widely recognized fact, not a belief. btw, backing up your statements with an insult won't make you look smart.
