New Group Owner Nominations

Ok, I believe all group memembers are notified about the 'revolution' now.

Since M--E--T--A--L and I started the thing in the first place, the right thing to do is to be the first ready to take the responsibility of leading the group.
Of course, M--E--T--A--L has to speak for himself and all others are more than welcome to give their opinion :)

He was the first person I thought about, but there is one problem - his last charts on the last.fm are from December 2005. So let's see if he got his PM first.

KoHcTaHTuH may be a good candidate, but I am guessing he is not around much anymore. Its hard to decide I am guessing for most people because they dont know much about anyone, they can only really go by track plays. The amount you listen to an artist doesnt make you the best candidate necessarily. So if a person nominates/ is nominated (and wishes to be owner) could they please post a short message (just a few lines) saying why they think they would be a good owner of the group.

As for me, yes I am going to nominate myself lol.

I had an AudioScrobbler account a few years ago and just recently got a new PC, so it can actually run AS smoothly now, I have plently of experience with Last.fm and the internet as a whole. Im on close to constantly so I can keep things up to date all the time. Im not stuck up and will pretty much let everyone run things, I just click the buttons. Im also ok with a joint ownership if people would rather that? 2 Owners?

First of all I want to thank people that are taking their part of this ... revolution. There is a future for this group! :)

I looked through most of the member profiles - I am always glad to see people that appreciate good music and especially that share a passion for Savatage!

As for the leadership of the group. I'd be more than happy to contribute to the group the best way I can. Cooperation with M--E--T--A--L on this suits me fine. Moreover, he and I are living in different time-zones, so there will be someone to watch over the group most of the time ;)

So, a few words about myself :
Currently I'm a Computer Science student, I also work as a programmer. At some point the Internet became my second home :)

I've been listening to rock/metal music since I was very little. I don't like to restrict myself in regards to sub-genres (as you can see from my profile :)). Basically I am open to all good music, but it is harder for an artist oustide the rock/metal scene to make it through with me.

I found Savatage about hmm... 6 years ago. There's a nice story behind that, I might tell it some time. Anyway, it's been love from the first hear. Now it's really hard to estimate how much their music has influenced my life through the years.

I enjoy spreading music and I'm especially proud of the number of people I've 'infected' with Savatage :)

One of the greatest moments in my (music) life is the Cirle II Circle concert in Sofia a couple of years ago. It was really a short one, but having Zachary Stevens singing 'Edge of Thorns' a couple of meters away from me made me burst into tears.
Then I had the chance to meet him in person and talk with him for about 10 minutes... Of course I freaked out :)

I got a little carried away so I stop now :)

Whoever gets the leadership of the group, should make the best of this little Savatage place on the net :)
