How do you like your steaks cooked?

I myself go for a rare steak. It is absolutely delicious.

Medium rare myself, personally I don't like people thinking I'm a murderer just because the front of myself is covered in blood. And with a side off mashed koala

I'll take steak any way it can be cooked, but my favorite doneness is Medium Rare, with steak sauce. The best worlds of both cooked and raw, so that you can still fantasize about it screaming as you sink your teeth in and tear at the juicy, tender fleisch.

Rare to Medium, although Medium-Rare is my favorite. Medium-Well is a stretch, but still acceptable.

I'm not as big a fan of steak as I am of pork, chicken, lamb, but when I do have steak (or a burger), I like it as rare as possible, with lots of italian or french bread on the side to dip in the juices all over the plate after the meat is gone.

There's no problem a few frag grenades can't fix.

I like them somewhat rare, but I find it creepy when potatoes turn red. that's why i love the places where they bring the side orders in a separate plate. A good steak deserves to be alone.

Very rare. Cooked quickly at very high temp temperature so it's very crispy on the outside and almost raw inside.

EDIT: Oh, and walnuts... I'm very much allergic to those little beasties...

Not bloody (cause thats gross) but almost. Really pink. With the juices and such... and certain sauces, just fucking amazing.

Also, I had an elk sort of slim-jim thing today. It was really really good.
