Area 54, The Click Five, Eighteen Visions (hasnt been mentioned yet?), Eleventyseven (not sure how much), Four Letter Lie, Ice Nine Kills, Louis XIV (fourteen), The Lucky Nine, Million Dead, Minus 3, Number One Fan, Number One Gun, Sagoh 24/7 (now Anberlin), Secondhand Serenade, Subseven (same as Subse7en??), Ten Falls Forth, Thousand Foot Krutch, Twentyinchburial, Five O'Clock Heroes

Lol yeah. I had 1208 as well. And Avenged Sevenfold does not really fit AltRock either.. And, would A Dozen Furies qualify?

The only band I have on my hard drive with a number in it is Two Gallants. But It rocks :p

There's a band called '1208' (punk though), and another called 98 Mute (punk too still..), aaand the last one I'd know to add would be Union 13 (but that's punk again). :)

the band One Nine Hundred's website is one900 so maybe it should be listed under 1 and 900...

    and i believe Jonah33 is pronounced Jonah-Three-Three, so maybe only a 3-lister

but where does it end when we take every possibility a number gives us ;)

bring in some strict rules! :)
    the only constant is change...

i would say the rules rely on the origins of the name. So you're right for "one900", there is no nine.
Concerning Jonah-3-3, do you know where it comes from ? Is it realted with some chapter/verse of the Book ?

  • Goto80
    RushJet1
    Commie64
    Blink-182
    Death From Above 1979
    RushJet1
    One Cool Guy
    Catch 22
    Ice Nine Kills

    Enjoy.
  • 1990s
    Nine Inch Nails
    2Unlimited
    Dead 60s
    Sonic Boom Six
    The Ghost of a Thousand

Though that's more indie, industrial, techno, ska punk and hardcore than alternative rock. Handy in case you branch out though.

EDIT: Also on my HDD was
    5ive - pop
    175R - J-rock I think
