Song's, Albums and/or band's that help you cope with you're emotions or relieve stress

Band who help me cope with my emotions and relieve stresse are:
Cannibal Corpse
Slayer
Iron Maiden

I haven't got one specific song or emotion couple to any but mostly it's rage and hate. best to release it through music than on a person.

So what bands, albums, and/or songs help you?

I have to say, the first band that ever helped me with bad feelings were:

H.I.M.
My Chemical Romance
From First To Last
Avenged Sevenfold
...

these bands still help me, but now there are also some other bands:

Children Of Bodom
My Dying Bride
Arch Enemy
...
