For those of us who find solace in music, who could not live without it, who rely on it to get through the sweet and sour of life and enjoy its company wherever we may find ourselves. For music is as religion is to some, it fills the void in our souls and gives us a spiritual and/or emotional connection to something we could otherwise not experience.

When I hear "Rock & Roll" by The Velvet Underground, it always sounds like gospel to me. "Despite all the computations, you could just dance to that rock & roll station, and baby, it was all right." Salvation through music in its purest form.
