Probably everthing Grant Morrison has done for Vertigo. But more specifically:

Doom Patrol (very awesome series), and The Filth.

Haven't read Animal Man yet, but it's supposed to be good as well.

I agree (and Animal Man is great too )
I would also add "Final Crisis", pretty mindfucking, especially the Superman Beyond part.
