Illuminatus 1-3 by Robert Shea/Robert A. Wilson are definitley three mindfucking books. Fight Club is also great. (The book of course ;)

H.P Lovecraft is awesome, mwahah! Also a great book = City of Glass, by Paul Auster! The graphic novel version is beautiful too.
