ipod touch doesn't deliver all tracks I listened over the day to last.fm

Hi,

I have some problems with scorbbling my ipod touch! Only around 0%-30% of the songs I listen to will be scrobbled. For the other ones the failure message "COM error" appears!

What's COM? What can I do that it works?
